Sands Point Auto Body has recently moved its office across the street to 92 South Bayles Avenue in Port Washington, NY (just down the street from North Shore Animal League). We are the premiere auto body repair and painting facility on Long Island's Gold Coast. Licensed by and registered with the State of New York, we are also esteemed members of the Long Island Bodymens Association, the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce, Geico’s Auto Repair Xpress (ARX) and we are a "pro shop" for many Major Insurance Companies. We also perform repairs for and are recommended by many of the areas luxury auto dealerships.

HISTORY

OldshopSands Point Auto Body was established in 1994 with the intent to provide the people of Port Washington and its surrounding communities with superior repair quality and customer service. In 1994 Stan Falzone and Rob Williams found a building on Willowdale Avenue to accommodate their needs. Once the site was secured they sought out the best technicians and craftsmen in the industry. Taking an active role in their business, Stan and Rob continually attend workshops and training seminars to familiarize themselves with the latest advancements in automotive repairs.

In 2007 Sands Point Auto Body outgrew their Willowdale Avenue building and needed to find additional space to perform their repairs. Stan and Rob opened an additional shop across the street with the most up to date equipment and tools. In 2009 growing demand for excellent customer service and quality repairs continued creating the need for an additional move into the new paint and refinish facility on 92 South Bayles Avenue. The refinish facility is equipped with the newest technology in painting techniques, the highest trained technicians, and a plush customer friendly office.

Stan and Rob’s passion for the business was passed down to their sons, Joseph and Sam, who became partners in the business in 2010. Their knowledge and enthusiasm is helping Sands Point remain on the cutting edge of technology while also continuing its tradition of excellence.
