Dear Stan & Rob,
I would like to take this time to write a letter, which I do not do often enough, to tell you how I feel about the workmanship Sands Point Auto Body, Ltd. provides to this dealership. Over the 10 years that I have been at Biener Audi we have had other auto body shops come and go. Often they started out with decent quality work but as time went on the quality of their work would steadily decline. This is the trend that I had seen time after time, over and over again. You guys have spoiled us!!!! Everyday in some strange kind of way your shop provides us with a service that is so exceptional that we can never take it for granted. It has come to the point when your employees drop off completed cars and there is no need for me to quality check the repairs performed. You know what I expect and I know what I will see. I just want you to know that we appreciate the constant quality and care your company takes in all that you do. I always feel confident in referring customers, repair shops and other dealers to you. So once again thank you for all that you do and kudos to your work ethic and quality.
